“This” is my confidential blog for dumping all of the crap that happens on my site and in my admin life onto the page – and out of my head.

“This” is a place where other administrators can take a moment to feel seen, heard, and understood. I know I’m not the first to experience any of these things, and I won’t be the last. BUT perhaps the generation of admin that follow can get a little something out of this?

“This” is where the more ridiculous elements of my job are sunshined and demystified.

“This” is also where I will share some of the more wonderful things that happen in this world of administration: the students we help, the families we serve, and the camaraderie found amongst teachers and staff along the way.
